Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we only ship within Australia. Some of our retail partners may offer international shipping, so please check with them for availability.
Do you have a physical store?
Natural Dog is an online-only store. We don't have a retail store at this stage.
Can I collect my order from your warehouse?
We're an online-only store and don't currently offer click & collect or warehouse pickup. All orders are carefully packed and delivered to the address you provide at checkout.
Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept change-of-mind returns as long as the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
How do you package your orders?
We keep our packaging simple and thoughtful. We reuse packaging wherever possible and avoid unnecessary plastic. Our boxes are locally sourced and made in Melbourne. We also repurpose clean label backing paper as protective filler rather than sending it to waste.
Are your products cruelty-free and vegan?
Yes. All Natural Dog products are 100% vegan and cruelty-free.
Do your products contain palm oil?
No. We don't use palm oil in any of our products and actively avoid it.
